About
One trade, one bill, from the showroom floor to the last grout line.
Alan Lovera started installing tile in 2005. He founded SRQ Modern in 2017 with a straightforward idea: the people who sell you the material should be the same people who install it, and they should be accountable for how it looks when the job is finished.
Most of the industry does not work that way. Retailers sell the box and hand you a list of crews. Installers show up with whatever was ordered. When something goes wrong, each side points at the other. We removed the gap by doing both — one trade, one bill, from the showroom floor to the last grout line.
That structure is also what lets us take on work other crews turn down. Large-format porcelain panels up to 126 inches need specialist handling, advanced leveling, and crews who have done it before. Coastal pool decks have to survive salt air and Florida sun. Getting those right depends on the material and the installation being decided together.
