Run residential and light commercial installations end to end — schedule, material, crew and the customer — across Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties.
Holding a job together between the showroom and the crew: material on site the day it is needed, the right people on the right job, and the customer told before they have to ask. The kind of role where the measure of success is that nothing dramatic happened.
What you will do
- Schedule crews and material across several live jobs
- Walk sites before, during and at handover
- Be the single point of contact for the customer and the builder
- Catch the problem while it is still cheap
What we need from you
- Construction or trade project management experience
- Able to read plans and hold a trade to a standard
- Florida driver's licence
