The Team at SRQ modern gave us a better selection of products for the total renovation of our condo including new flooring throughout and remodelling 3 bathrooms. They started on time and finished early. Cost was as budgeted and the results are stunning, better than we imagined! Highly recommend!

Alan and the whole team at SRQ Modern are nothing short of exceptional. Their attention to detail, cleanliness, professionalism and time management are unmatched. We used SRQ Modern for a bathroom renovation in our home, and it was a wonderful experience. From rolling out the cardboard floor protection, making sure to not dirty our home, to their efficiency, and pride they take in their work, they skip no steps. We will be using this company for all future tile needs, no questions asked!

The results were amazing. I had originally talked to another tile setter and he said he needed to get a premium price for the 30 x 30 inch tile we had picked out from SRQ Modern for our flooring. Alan said he could do the job and came right over to measure and give us a reasonable price. He also gave us ideas on what we could do with our fireplace. I gave Alan a picture of a fireplace and he was able to duplicate it to perfection in our home. Alan knows what he is doing and is a master at accomplishing it. Highly recommend SRQ!

From the moment you walk in to SRQ modern you know they have the most beautiful selection of tile, wood flooring, wood paneling and more! We were planning to build a feature wall in our living room with an electric fireplacet4j , tile and Wood slat paneling. As a interior designer based in Sarasota for over 20 years, SRQ Modern has been one of my most frequent stops for sophisticated and elegant tile selections. This was our first experience selecting backsplash tiles and we were a bit overwhelmed. We chose SRQ Modern and were thrilled to meet Karissa. Wow! My wife and I are remodeling our kitchen and we were having a hard time finding a backsplash tile that was unique and not trendy. Gabriela showed us a bunch of options that really helped us solidify our decision. We ordered the tile on Monday and picked it up on Friday. Great turnaround and service. We will be purchasing through SRQ Modern when we do our next remodel project.

When I purchased an older villa condo, I knew that I would update the floor to large plank tile. Well I found SRQ Modern and they did the whole job. It turned out that the bathroom and kitchen also needed updating. So the bathrooms got large format tile from floor to ceiling throughout while the kitchen got large format tile for the backsplash and new countertops. The end result is stunning and Alan's team brought my vision to reality. While it took a little longer than I had hoped, Alan got everything done and quicker than most were quoting. The showroom is a great place to start for ideas on your next update.

All around Five Star experience from day one! SRQ's showroom is the nicest showroom in the business. They have a very large, unique selection of many materials and they specialize in large format porcelain tile. Romina and Alan made themselves available every time I asked, in the showroom and at the project and were very involved in the design process eliminating the use of an interior designer. Alan and his team worked on my new construction project including stacked stone exterior install, hard wood flooring install, tile flooring install, large format tile install, custom bar top install, and an amazing book matched porcelain kitchen black splash. Alan is always friendly, always in touch with me, takes tremendous pride in his work, has fair pricing, is great at creative design, and is very responsive to text and phone calls. This store is the boutique of the tile, they have unique sizes and designs that you never would found on a home improvement or other mass production tile stores, the owner Alan also provides a great advice on how to mix and create unique results. Plus he also leads a crew of professionals installers that are not going to waste your money scraping pieces of tile. My bath 🛀 looks way better than I thought it would be.
