Concrete Finisher — Shellcrete

Pour, screed and finish shellcrete pool decks, patios and driveways on Gulf-front properties from Bradenton to Port Charlotte.
Shellcrete is the company's own shell-aggregate surface, and finishing it is closer to a craft than to flatwork — the exposure, the wash and the timing decide what it looks like for the next twenty years. Experienced finishers pick it up quickly; the difference is in the finish window, not the pour.
What you will do
- Pour, screed and float decorative concrete to a flat, correctly sloped finish
- Judge the finish window and expose the shell aggregate consistently
- Set forms, joints and control cuts so the slab cracks where it is meant to
- Seal and hand over a deck a customer is about to walk on barefoot
What we need from you
- Flatwork or decorative concrete experience
- Able to work early starts through Florida summers
- Reliable transport to job sites across the corridor
