Tile Installer

Set ceramic, porcelain and stone on residential jobs across Sarasota and Manatee, on a crew that supplies its own material and answers for its own work.
You would be setting tile on houses this company also supplied the material for, which changes the job: there is nobody to blame for the substrate and nobody to blame for the product. Work runs from bathrooms and kitchens through to full-floor porcelain and pool surrounds. Crews carry their own tools; the company carries the training.
What you will do
- Set ceramic, porcelain, stone and mosaic to a straight, flat, consistent finish
- Prepare and waterproof substrates properly before anything gets set
- Read a layout and set out a room so the cuts land where they should
- Work clean in an occupied house and leave it that way
What we need from you
- Real tile-setting experience — this is not an apprentice posting
- Own hand tools and reliable transport
- Comfortable talking to a homeowner standing in their own kitchen
