Carl Pasko — Outside Sales Representative

Carl is the person who comes to you. Builders' offices, designers' studios, job sites at seven in the morning — if the selection is happening somewhere other than the showroom, he is the one there with the samples.

His job is the takeoff and the number: reading the plans and the spec sheet, measuring what the drawings leave out, and bringing back an estimate you can hold us to, presented with the photographs and the layout rather than a line on a page. For a builder that means one call for the material and the install; for a designer it means the product they specified arrives as specified, with someone accountable if it does not.
