A poured surface is decided in the hours it is placed and finished, not afterwards. Efren is on site for that.
Mix, timing, the window in which the shell can be exposed to the depth we want, and the call on whether today's weather is right to pour at all. Having a person whose whole job is the quality of one surface is unusual for a company this size — it is there because the surface is ours and there is nobody else to hold responsible for it.
